- Margaritas and Daiquiris -

Margarita Especial recipe Margarita Especial
This recipe makes a tangy and very tasty margarita. Alcohol volumes can be adjusted to taste, but the final volume should be approximately 1 gallon (or 4 liters). Mix well and chill prior to pouring into the margarita machine to reduce freezing times. Every gallon of final mix makes approximately 16 8-ounce drinks.

  • 1 12oz can of frozen Lemonade concentrate
  • 1 12oz can of frozen Limeade concentrate
  • 2¼ cups (18 oz) of tequila
  • 1 1/8 cup (9 oz) of triple sec
  • Balance of volume to 1 gallon ( or 4 liters) with water

    • Special margarita recipes Standard Margarita
    First batch can be made right in the margarita machine. Future batches should be pre-mixed and chilled to shorten re-freeze times. Each batch makes 1½ gallons of final mix.

  • 1 bottle (½ gallon) of Margarita mix
  • 2½ cups (20 oz.) of tequila (use mix bottle)
  • ½ cup (4 oz.) of triple sec (use mix bottle)
  • Fill to volume (½ gallon) with water and add to machine
  • Fill bottle with water again and add to machine

    • Special margarita recipes Raspberry, Strawberry, or Banana Margarita
    First batch can be made right in the margarita machine. Future batches should be pre-mixed and chilled to shorten re-freeze times. Each batch makes 1½ gallons of final mix.

  • 1 bottle (½ gallon) of Raspberry, Strawberry or Banana mix
  • 2½ cups (20 oz.) of tequila (use mix bottle)
  • ½ cup (4 oz.) of triple sec (use mix bottle)
  • Fill to volume (½ gallon) with water and add to machine
  • Fill bottle with water again and add to machine

    Special daiquiri recipes Raspberry, Strawberry, or Banana (or other flavor) Daiquiris

  • 1 bottle (½ gallon) of Raspberry, Strawberry or Banana (or other flavor) mix
  • 2½ cups (20 oz.) of rum (use mix bottle)
  • Fill to volume (½ gallon) with water and add to machine
  • Fill bottle with water again and add to machine
